Good Day Distribution is a cannabis distributor serving retailers across Oregon and representing a portfolio of brands across flower, beverages, edibles, and other cannabis products.

We are seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow our Eugene, Salem, and surrounding territory.

This is a field-based sales role focused on building strong retail partnerships, growing existing accounts, developing new business, and helping our brands succeed at the store level.

The right person for this role is self-driven, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to build genuine relationships with dispensary buyers, managers, and teams.

What You'll Do

Territory & Account Management

  • Manage and grow an established sales territory throughout Eugene, Salem, and surrounding areas
  • Maintain regular in-person contact with dispensary accounts throughout the territory
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, owners, managers, and budtenders
  • Work with retail partners to identify opportunities, build orders, and improve product sell-through
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with accounts and respond to customer needs in a timely manner
  • Plan and manage territory activity to maximize account coverage and sales opportunities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory
  • Open new retail accounts and expand placement within existing accounts
  • Present new products, promotions, pricing, and merchandising opportunities to retail partners
  • Conduct product demonstrations, vendor days, and other in-store sales activities
  • Work toward established sales goals and territory growth objectives
  • Develop an understanding of individual account needs and use that knowledge to identify sales opportunities

Market & Brand Support

  • Develop strong working knowledge of the Good Day Distribution portfolio and represented brands
  • Educate retail buyers and store teams on products, promotions, and brand positioning
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to internal teams
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and market trends within the territory
  • Attend industry events, trainings, trade shows, and other sales or brand events as needed

Communication & Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate account information, customer notes, and sales activity within CRM systems
  • Coordinate with Distribution and other internal teams to support accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Communicate account needs, order issues, and opportunities to the appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain organized sales records and provide territory updates as requested

What You Bring

  • Previous outside sales, account management, or business development experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to confidently communicate with retail buyers, managers, and business owners
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independently
  • Ability to prioritize accounts and opportunities in a fast-moving sales environment
  • Comfortable spending multiple days each week traveling throughout the assigned territory
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and common business tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required prior to employment

Preferred Experience

  • Previous cannabis sales experience
  • Existing relationships within Oregon's cannabis industry
  • Experience selling directly to retail buyers
  • Knowledge of Oregon's recreational cannabis market
  • Experience managing a geographic sales territory and working toward sales goals

Work Schedule & Travel

This is a full-time, field-based sales position serving Eugene, Salem, and surrounding areas. Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required, including frequent in-person visits to retail accounts.

Scheduling will vary based on account needs, vendor days, industry events, and other sales activities. Some evening or weekend availability may be required.
