Job description

Immediate need for a talented Office Services Coordinator. This is a 02+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Los Angeles, CA(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $20 - $22/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check in visitors, clients, and brokers.
  • Validate parking tickets for guests and visitors.
  • Submit security access requests for guest visits.
  • Coordinate and place office supply and refreshment orders (e.g., Costco deliveries).
  • Assist with receiving and managing office deliveries.
  • Support office events, including setup and coordination.
  • Provide general front-desk and office support to ensure a positive workplace experience.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain a professional office environment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • The hiring manager is looking for candidates with strong customer service and hospitality experience.
  • Years of experience: at least a year year of experience
  • Education: at least HS diploma/GED and experience
  • Interview Process: 1 virtual and/or 1 in person
  • As an Office Services Coordinator, you will assist with providing administrative support to a small team or department.
  • Years of Experience; 0-2 years
