As a Build Engineer you work with Software Developers and DevOps Teams to ensure our products seamlessly move from development through rollout and into production. This requires scripting and coding with an eye toward scalability as we are pushing updates and iterating on all of our products.

The Build Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our build and release infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, reliable, and automated software builds across multiple platforms and environments. ROLE


Designing and developing solutions to improve developer experience and code velocity to production.

Design, develop, and maintain automated build systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Optimize build processes to reduce build times and improve efficiency.

Monitor build systems and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.

Implement and maintain build configurations across multiple platforms (Windows, Linux).

Create and maintain build scripts, tools, and automation frameworks.

Automate repetitive tasks to improve team productivity.

Integrate third-party tools and services into the build pipeline.

Maintain version control strategies and branching models.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for build-related issues.

Document build processes, procedures, and best practices.

Monitor and optimize build performance metrics

Implement security best practices in build and deployment processes

Manage build artifacts, dependencies, and package repositories

REQUIRED


3+ years of experience in build engineering, DevOps, or related role.


Strong experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar).


Proven track record of implementing and maintaining automated build systems.


Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.


Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Groovy).


Strong understanding of build tools (Gradle, Maven, etc.).


Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
