Position Summary
Provides administrative and professional services for Meat Plant/Quality Assurance to include, but not limited to: human resources, vendors, computer programming and support services, and other related departments responsible to its employees and management staff. Provides a high level of member service.
Job Duties
  • Conducts business by telephone or computer to service suppliers, employees, and managers.
  • Provides written correspondence and inter-office communications utilizing telephone, fax, or email messages.
  • Inputs data into computer, audits paperwork, tracks and retrieves necessary data from computer. Common software utilized, Gmail, Excel, Microsoft Word, and System.
  • Provides administrative support to employees and managers.
  • Travels to meetings, seminars, or other business locations less than 2 weeks a year.
  • Scans all hard copy documents into a computer database.
  • Organizes and files documentation.
  • Ensures proper cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Ability to operate vehicles, equipment, or machinery.
  • Assists with department duties as necessary.
  • Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
