Present roadmap progress, risks, and organizational health to senior executive leadership. Manage vendor and contractor relationships, budgets, and resourcing decisions for the Data & Analytics function. Define and enforce architectural and coding standards, working closely with the Lead Data Architect to ensure long-term platform scalability.

Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical strategy for non-technical senior leadership. Knowledge of data architecture patterns (medallion/lakehouse), data governance frameworks, and modern BI/semantic modeling practices. Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing technical teams in a rebuild/turnaround environment. Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills, particularly related to managed services and staff augmentation.
