Le Spécialiste en Amélioration Continue est chargé de piloter les initiatives d'excellence opérationnelle à travers l'organisation. Ce rôle implique de faciliter des activités structurées d'amélioration, de diriger des ateliers interfonctionnels et de collaborer avec les unités d'affaires pour améliorer les processus, accroître l'efficacité et standardiser les meilleures pratiques. Le spécialiste soutiendra une ou plusieurs unités d'affaires telles que le Service Client / MRO, le Centre de Moteurs, la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement et les Finances, en livrant des améliorations mesurables alignées sur les objectifs organisationnels.

Responsabilités

  • Diriger et animer des ateliers d'amélioration continue avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
  • Engager les employés à tous les niveaux pour identifier des opportunités, analyser les processus et mettre en œuvre des solutions durables.
  • Guider les équipes à travers des initiatives structurées d'amélioration centrées sur l'efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Soutenir les initiatives visant à réduire les temps de cycle, améliorer le débit de production et optimiser l'utilisation des ressources.
