  • Adapt to multiple distinct visual styles across the IMPULSE Universe brands.
  • Ensure all visual content meets high-quality standards and aligns with project requirements.
Digital & Web Asset Creation
  • Design digital assets optimized for web platforms, keeping basic web structures and user experience in mind.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide creative visual solutions for web updates and promotional rollouts.
Project & Workflow Management
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to final delivery.
  • Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, event-driven work environment.

  • Tech-Savvy Creator: Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML.
  • Fandom-Fluent: A basic familiarity with anime, K-pop, or trading card games (TCG) to naturally understand our audience, trends, and brand DNA.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to stay structured, manage your own project pipeline, and maintain sharp attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative Communicator: A positive, collaborative team player who welcomes feedback and enjoys iterating on designs.
  • Flexible Availability: Ready to commit to a consistent part-time/contract schedule with an open-ended workflow arrangement.
Bonus Points if You Have:
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
  • Additional web development knowledge or UI/UX experience.
  • Previous experience designing assets for live events, conventions, or merchandise brands.
