COSMETOLOGIST


We are seeking a licensed Cosmetologist who is interested in performing facial and nail services to join our team and provide high-quality beauty and wellness services in a fast-paced, guest-focused airport spa environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service, creating a relaxing guest experience, and performing a variety of cosmetology services with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

The Cosmetologist will be responsible for providing facial and nail services, including traditional facials, DiamondGlow facial treatments, manicures, pedicures, and other approved services based on business needs. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to educate guests on available services and retail products.


Key Responsibilities


Provide professional cosmetology services, including traditional facials, DiamondGlow facials, manicures, pedicures, and other approved nail and beauty services.

Deliver a welcoming, polished, and service-focused guest experience for airport travelers.

Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services, enhancements, or retail products.

Perform services in accordance with company standards, approved protocols, sanitation requirements, and applicable state board regulations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.

Promote available services, upgrades, and retail products to support the guest experience and business goals.

Maintain accurate service records and communicate guest concerns or service-related issues to management.

Support daily spa operations, including setup, cleanup, restocking, and teamwork with other service providers.

Stay current on service offerings, product knowledge, company procedures, and licensing requirements.


Compliance


Adhere to all relevant regulations and policies related to spa operations.

Maintain confidentiality regarding guests' information and spa procedures.

Maintain an active cosmetology license.


Required Qualifications


High School Diploma or GED.

Valid Cosmetology license, as required by the state where services are performed.

Ability to perform nail services and facial services, including traditional facials.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and professional guest experience.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the varying schedules of airport travelers.

Ability to follow sanitation, safety, confidentiality, and compliance procedures consistently.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience providing facial services, including traditional facials and/or advanced facial treatments.

Experience with DiamondGlow or similar advanced facial services preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
