Job Description
  • Receiving Customer samples and recording information in Shipping and receiving Log.
  • Conduct Transit and Package Integrity Testing as Per ASTM Standards , ISTA standard or per Customer Protocol.
  • Add Sample Information to Laboratory Inventory Management System and may include generating a Work Order
  • Prepare Test Evidence Report.
  • Entry level data review and data reporting, following good documentation practices
  • Maintain Records of Packaging Testing.
  • Monitor and Provide customer support regarding testing services provided.
  • Update Customer on test Status, updates, results.
  • Report any Deviation observed to operations Manager.
  • Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and company policies

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Production testing or related industry is desired but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and General Computer Literacy is required.
  • Knowledge of ASTM standards is desired.
  • Ability to lift bulky items up to 30 lbs, climb, bend and reach without restriction is required.

Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Candidates within a commutable distance of San Jose, CA are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: 18-25/hr
