Job description

We are an established aesthetic medical practice serving the Tampa Bay area for over 10 years and are committed to providing exceptional cosmetic treatments with outstanding patient care. We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity for a highly skilled provider who can immediately begin treating patients with minimal training. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with cosmetic injectables and aesthetic laser treatments and is passionate about helping patients achieve natural-looking, confidence-enhancing results.

We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical skills with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Success in this role comes from delivering excellent outcomes while educating patients on treatment options, skincare, and additional aesthetic services that support their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
  • Administer cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
  • Perform aesthetic laser procedures safely and effectively
  • Evaluate patients before, during, and after treatment to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients on procedures, recovery expectations, skincare, and maintenance plans
  • Recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments and medical-grade skincare products
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Follow all Florida regulations, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards
  • Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care
  • Help drive patient satisfaction, retention, and practice growth through outstanding service

Required Qualifications

  • Current Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in the State of Florida
  • Legally authorized to perform cosmetic injections under current Florida regulations
  • Hands-on aesthetic injectable experience
  • Aesthetic laser experience
  • Experience with a broad range of cosmetic injectable treatments
  • Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills
