Description This role supports Fragrance R&I by maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment while providing essential operational support for product development activities. The position is responsible for laboratory maintenance, inventory management, stability testing, and sample coordination to ensure efficient execution of fragrance research and innovation programs. Qualifications 0-2 years' hands-on laboratory experience Experience within the cosmetic and/or fragrance and flavor industry a plus Minimum Associate's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field Strong organizational skills, prefer Bachelors Degree Highly organized and independent thinker Performs function with high attention to detail and excellence in execution Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the multiple laboratories within the fragrance team.

Pull and measure stabilities of various fragranced cosmetic and non-cosmetic products Create and maintain chemical and fragrance inventory list to be compliant with ELC standards Daily, Weekly, and Monthly lab maintenance of equipment (pH meters, processing equipment, analytical equipment, measurement equipment, DI water system) Maintain laboratory and office inventory of supplies, including generating of purchase orders for the fragrance team Following General Laboratory Safety practices outlined by ELC SOP's/Guidelines. Organize, catalog, ship, maintain library of product and fragrance oil standards Other duties as assigned Pay Range: The anticipated hourly range for this position is $45,000.00 to $55,000.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget
