Job description

Cosmetic Injector — Nurse Practitioner
Carroll Cosmetic Club | Carrollton & Newnan, Georgia Full-Time | Competitive Base + Production

Carroll Cosmetic Club (CCC) is the leading cosmetic dermatology practice in Carrollton and Newnan, pairing advanced aesthetic treatments with the clinical excellence and safety standards of an established, physician-owned dermatology network.

We are seeking an experienced, confident, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our growing cosmetic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice aesthetics at a high level within a rapidly expanding, community-trusted brand — with world-class training from a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and a cosmetic surgeon, and an established patient base from day one.

About Carroll Cosmetic Club

CCC is West Georgia's most advanced and trusted medical spa, offering:

  • Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport)
  • Dermal fillers — lips, cheeks, jawline, and full facial balancing
  • Biostimulators
  • Laser treatments — Halo, BBL, IPL, CoolPeel, and laser hair removal
  • RF microneedling — Morpheus8 and Virtue RF
  • Medical-grade skincare

Backed by a strong dermatology referral network, CCC combines aesthetic artistry with true medical oversight.

Position Overview

The Cosmetic Injector NP will:

  • Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
  • Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler injections with precision and artistry
  • Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments and assist with energy-based devices
  • Educate patients on skincare and long-term aesthetic planning
  • Build and maintain long-term patient relationships rooted in trust and results
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media and community events
  • Maintain accurate documentation and full clinical and regulatory compliance

This role requires both technical skill and an artistic eye, along with a warm, confident patient presence.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injection experience
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and complication management
  • Excellent consultation and communication skills
  • Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
  • Willingness to travel between Carrollton and Newnan locations

Preferred:

  • Experience with laser platforms and RF microneedling devices
  • Established patient following
  • Comfort participating in marketing and social media content

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus production / commission structure
  • Established patient base and strong dermatology referral pipeline
  • World-class training from a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon
  • State-of-the-art aesthetic technology across all locations
  • Dedicated marketing and operational support
  • Clear opportunity for professional growth within an expanding aesthetic brand
