This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Roanoke, Virginia office.
Overview:
The 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing daily operations within Receiving and Warehousing. This role oversees employee activities to ensure alignment with established operational plans and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include driving performance against critical operational metrics, including safety, inventory accuracy, receiving, order fulfillment, and overall efficiency. The Supervisor ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Additionally, this role actively participates in the performance management process, including coaching, evaluating, and developing team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Required to meet receiving schedules and put/pull standards.
  • Schedule the pick-ups and deliveries of 2nd shift Shuttle Fleet.
  • Ensure accuracy and conformity of items received from vendors and picks to order fulfillment.
  • Ensure return to stock area is clean on a daily basis.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues to meet business requirements. monitor, inspect, report, promote, investigate, enforce and be the eyes of department for all things related to safety.
  • Collaborate with intradepartment management to address issues. Identify root cause and recommend corrections. Meet with the employees and deliver safety regulations.
  • Maintain stability, standards and flexibility in a very high paced organization
  • Operate as a single authority on site due to the working schedule.
  • To motivate a temporary labor force to comply and maintain the company SOP.

Scope:
The 2nd Shift Supervisor has operational ownership of all Receiving and Warehousing activities during the assigned shift. This role serves as the primary on-shift leader responsible for executing daily plans, ensuring process compliance, and delivering performance against key operational targets
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business related field or related experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years related experience in distribution / Logistics field.
  • Warehouse management concept, Lean, six Sigma, etc. are desirable.
  • Various warehouse certification desirable.

Shift hours: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 12:30am
Revlon is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas for this role; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa support.
The base pay range for this position is $64,000 - $72,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.
Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
