  • Are you the person who spots a mis-score or print drift before it becomes scrap?
  • Do you live by safety, keep an orderly work area, and trust your lockout/tagout routine?
What you’ll take on
  • Set up, operate, and fine-tune corrugated converting equipment: flexo folder gluers, rotary die cutters, and box-making lines.
  • Install and align dies, plates, and tooling per job specs; set speed, pressure, and feed alignment.
  • Run continuous production while watching the line for consistency and throughput.
Quality is your signature
  • Verify measurements, scoring, cutting, and printing match customer specifications.
  • Inspect finished goods for alignment and appearance; correct defects in real time.
  • Record production data and quality checkpoints with precision.
Keep uptime high
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot operational/mechanical issues.
  • Swap out worn components—blades, belts, and dies—and request major repairs from maintenance when necessary.
Safety & compliance mindset
  • Follow safety standards including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
