Full Time 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a leadership role where you can continue providing patient care while helping oversee healthcare operations? Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated RN Medical Team Administrator to join our team at the Jefferson County Jail in Wisconsin.

This position offers the opportunity to combine hands-on nursing care with administrative responsibilities in a structured, supportive environment. As the RN Medical Team Administrator, you will provide clinical oversight, ensure continuity of care, coordinate healthcare services, and serve as the primary nursing leader for the facility. This role includes participation in an on-call rotation to provide support and guidance as needed.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care, assessments, and nursing interventions
• Coordinate daily healthcare operations and ensure continuity of care between shifts
• Serve as the primary nursing leader and clinical resource for the facility
• Collaborate with providers, correctional staff, and Southern Health Partners leadership to deliver quality patient care
• Review documentation, monitor compliance, and maintain accurate medical records
• Support and coordinate activities with the facility's nursing staff member working the alternate rotation
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address clinical concerns, provide guidance, and support facility operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, correctional healthcare standards, and regulatory requirements
