Location:127 Public Square, Cleveland OhioJob SummaryReporting to the Treasury Operations Senior Director, the candidate is responsible for advancing and coordinating the department’s internal and external reporting, policies and procedures, controls, and regulatory compliance work. The successful candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong experience in controls and compliance environments, and experience managing cross-functional initiatives and projects. In addition, the candidate displays a working knowledge of core treasury processes and risk management disciplines. The candidate will partner closely with Corporate Treasury personnel, Finance teams, Regulatory Reporting, Enterprise Risk Management, and second- and third-line-of-defense partners. The candidate should embrace a culture of continuous improvement and demonstrate a commitment to sharing insights and knowledge.ResponsibilitiesInternal and external reportingCoordinate and assist with the development of content for Corporate Treasury’s internal and external reporting, including for recurring governance meetings (e.g., ALCO, Capital Committee, Risk Committee (Board of Directors)) and ad hoc regulatory, credit rating agency, and fixed income investor meetings, ensuring consistent messaging and quality.
