Job description

Position Summary

MornstAir is seeking a bilingual Learning & Development Associate to support the coordination, development, administration, and delivery of employee training programs.

This position coordinates training activities, prepares instructional materials, maintains learning records, monitors learner progress, and delivers assigned orientations and training sessions. The L&D Associate works closely with employees, managers, instructors, and subject-matter experts to ensure training is well organized, accurate, engaging, and aligned with company requirements.

The role also supports training-related research and reporting, participates in assigned on-site audits, and identifies opportunities to improve training content and delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training schedules, participant communications, facilities, materials, equipment, and other logistical arrangements.
  • Support new-hire orientation, recurring training, technical training, and employee-development programs.
  • Communicate with employees, managers, instructors, and subject-matter experts regarding training requirements, schedules, and follow-up needs.
  • Monitor attendance, course completion, assessment results, and overdue training requirements.
  • Create and update presentations, facilitator guides, assessments, job aids, handouts, and other instructional materials.
  • Research company procedures, technical topics, and training requirements and convert the information into clear, learner-friendly content.
  • Review training materials for accuracy, consistency, usability, and alignment with company requirements.
  • Deliver assigned orientations, employee training, refresher courses, and portions of technical training using approved materials.
  • Facilitate discussions, activities, demonstrations, knowledge checks, and assessments while maintaining an engaging learning environment.
  • Evaluate learner understanding, answer questions within the approved course scope, and coordinate with subject-matter experts when additional clarification is needed.
  • Maintain accurate learning management system records, attendance documentation, completion status, and assessment results.
  • Prepare reports on training participation, completion, overdue requirements, learner feedback, and other learning metrics.
  • Support audit preparation and respond to routine requests for training records and documentation.
  • Participate in assigned on-site audits to evaluate employees’ understanding and application of training content.
  • Recommend improvements to training materials, facilitation practices, and program delivery based on feedback and assessment results.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, training and development, human resources, organizational development, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in learning and development, training coordination, education, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently deliver structured training to groups.
  • Experience creating or updating presentations, assessments, job aids, or other instructional materials.
  • Ability to organize and communicate technical or procedural information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, education, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience delivering training in a corporate or professional environment.
  • Experience supporting technical, safety, compliance, or operational training.
  • Experience using a learning management system.
  • Experience working with subject-matter experts to develop or improve training content.
