Core responsibilities include:

⨖ Advising private equity and venture capital funds on capital deployment, portfolio company management, and complex exit strategies.

⨖ Providing elite, day-to-day counsel on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and regulatory compliance to boards of directors and executive management.

⨖ Spearheading business development initiatives, cultivating new client relationships, and mentoring junior associates and counsel within the corporate practice group.

§ Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate an exceptional track record of transactional excellence and the entrepreneurial drive required for sustained partnership success.

⨖ Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited academic institution with superior academic credentials.

⨖ Active Bar Membership in good standing within the State of Georgia, or the respective jurisdiction of practice.

⨖ Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) Years of sophisticated, progressive experience in corporate law, primarily focused on M&A and private equity transactions within a highly regarded law firm setting.

⨖ A demonstrated, solid foundation of business development with a quantifiable and portable book of business.

⨖ Impeccable analytical, drafting, and interpersonal communication skills required to manage sophisticated commercial negotiations and client relations.
