Your Role at Delta Faucet
Do you enjoy establishing relationships, helping others, problem solving and working towards continuous improvement? Are you someone who loves analyzing problems, being proactive and coming up with new and creative ways to drive improvement around service? If you do, Delta Faucet Company has an excellent opportunity for you to join our Indianapolis corporate Customer Service team! As a Customer Service Specialist you will get the opportunity to form relationships with inside and outside customers as well as seek potential problems and look for ways to improve service
Responsibilities:
  • Problem solve daily through calls and emails.
  • Review daily reports.
  • Process orders.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, agencies, sales and other departments throughout Delta Faucet.
  • Ensure a high level of service and support with the ability to deliver quick turnarounds
  • Find opportunities in processes to improve efficiencies and service levels for all customers.
  • Ability to conduct multiple tasks while delivering in a timely and accurate fashion.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
  • At least two years of customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Delta Faucet Company's product line, SAP and its manufacturer's representative agency setup is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft products is preferred. Incumbent should have the ability to balance multiple tasks and make business decisions.
