WSP is searching for a Digital Delivery Lead in Lakewood, CO that serves as a key connection between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders. This role helps identify digital opportunities, support solution development, coordinate project delivery activities, and ensure clients achieve meaningful business outcomes through technology and process improvements.
Your Impact
Client Engagement & Solution Development
  • Partner with clients to understand business challenges and identify digital transformation opportunities.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, gather requirements, and help develop solution recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to define project scope, estimates, and delivery approaches.
  • Support business development efforts by communicating Digital Solutions capabilities and value.

Project Delivery & Coordination
  • Coordinate and support the successful delivery of digital solution projects from planning through implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, project teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status updates, and delivery documentation.

Operational & Strategic Support
  • Support intake, prioritization, and tracking of project opportunities and initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance project delivery, governance, and client experience.
  • Promote adoption of digital solutions by translating technical capabilities into business value.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital best practices to support client success.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives, consulting engagements, software implementations, technology projects, or client-facing delivery programs.
  • Experience managing digital solution implementations and cross-functional project teams.
  • Demonstrated success working directly with clients to understand business needs and develop practical technology solutions.
  • Experience developing project scopes, schedules, budgets, estimates, and delivery plans.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, configurable software solutions, workflows, integrations, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance client needs, business priorities, delivery constraints, and operational objectives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, compliance, and information security principles.
  • Experience mentoring, developing, and leading technical or consulting teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree (MBA or related advanced degree).
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile Certified Practitioner.
  • Experience supporting sales pursuits, strategic account growth, solution development, and business development activities.
  • Experience managing project portfolios, intake processes, resource planning, or demand management functions.
  • Experience delivering EHS, ESG, sustainability, operational risk, compliance, or enterprise digital platform solutions.
  • Experience with platforms such as Enablon, Intelex, Cority, VelocityEHS, or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience within the environmental, engineering, infrastructure, sustainability, or professional services sectors.
  • Strong organizational change management and digital adoption experience.

Compensation
Expected Salary: $119,400 - $177,300
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
