Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients referred by physicians to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on collaborative discussions.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual, capitalizing on our community's diverse population including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
  • Provide expert customer service, ensuring that all interactions with patients are respectful, informative, and supportive.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based treatments.
  • Conduct home visits when required, delivering skilled care that aligns with the prescribed treatment plans, fostering improvement in patients' conditions.

  • Maintain documentation aligned with the highest professional standards, meeting utilization goals and contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
Patient Population / Client Focus
