Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on collaborative discussions.
• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual, capitalizing on our community's diverse population including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Provide expert customer service, ensuring that all interactions with patients are respectful, informative, and supportive.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based treatments.
• Conduct home visits when required, delivering skilled care that aligns with the prescribed treatment plans, fostering improvement in patients' conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques, exercise programs, and general wellness practices to promote long-term health.
• Maintain documentation aligned with the highest professional standards, meeting utilization goals and contributing to the overall success of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.

• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills for documenting patient care and managing records.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, alongside a generous benefits plan.
