Description: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

$16–$19/hour | Day & Evening Shifts- 7a-3p, 3p-11p
Meridian • Boise • Nampa

At Core Dynamics Supported Living & DD Services, Direct Support Professionals help adults with disabilities build independence, reach personal goals, and participate in their communities.


What You’ll Do

• Support daily routines, life skills, and independence
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and personal care as needed
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
• Encourage personal goals and celebrate progress
• Complete daily documentation
• Provide respectful, compassionate, dependable support

Requirements:What We’re Looking For
