In a few words

We are looking for a Finnova Expert to support the evolution of core banking applications within a highly regulated environment. This role is part of an anticipatory recruitment need for a major organization in the banking sector and requires strong expertise in Finnova, as well as a solid understanding of core banking systems and critical application environments.

Your mission
  • Contribute to the evolution, maintenance, and optimization of core banking applications based on Finnova.
  • Analyze business and technical needs and translate them into reliable and scalable application changes.
  • Support functional and technical developments in a demanding banking environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, performance, and compliance of the application landscape.
  • Provide expertise on Finnova-related topics and contribute to strategic decisions regarding the application roadmap.
Profile required
  • Proven experience as a Finnova Consultant or Finnova Expert in a core banking environment.
  • Strong knowledge of core banking applications and their evolution in regulated financial environments.
  • Ability to work on both functional and technical aspects of business-critical systems.
  • Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Good command of at least one Swiss national language: French, German, or Italian.
  • Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
Differentiating skills
  • Previous experience in the Swiss banking sector.
  • Knowledge of complex legacy application landscapes and transformation contexts.
