Job description

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring drivers!
What We Offer
  • Starting pay: $16 - $18 /hour plus tips (for drivers)
  • Opportunities to earn additional pay through optional interstate moves or overtime hours.
  • Pay raise within first year if performance metrics are met.
Shift Information:
  • Schedules available Monday through Saturday.
  • All employees are trained on safe lifting and moving techniques.
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
What You’ll Do
  • Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers’ belongings.
  • Working with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.
  • Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck.
  • If you do not currently have a commercial driver’s license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and will be supported in getting your Class C license.
What We’re Looking For
  • Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with F Endorsement (for driving positions) and a good driving record.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful.
