- Trend Monitoring & Reactive Content: Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and competitive activity daily. Pitch reactive content ideas and produce approved concepts on same-day or next-day timelines.

- Content Calendar Management: Own Leo's rolling content calendar across in-house, agency, and cross-functional inputs. Ensure all content is sequenced, approved, and published on time.
- Campaign Coordination with Agency: Serve as the day-to-day operational contact with Leo's social media agency partner for campaign content handoffs, review timelines, and asset delivery. Escalate relationship and strategic decisions to the Sr. Social Media Manager.
- International Content Execution: Support geo-targeted content execution for Leo's international expansion per direction from the Sr. Social Media Manager. Ensure assets meet market-specific requirements and brand standards.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Pull and organize bi-weekly content performance data from Sprinklr and native platform analytics. Surface top and bottom performing content with observations to inform creative decisions.
