About the team The Product Marketing team at TikTok helps build holistic go-to-market plans across TikTok's eCommerce products. We are responsible for driving full-funnel product education, product adoption, and revenue across TikTok's eCommerce products. This team is the voice of the market and collects, prioritizes, and shares meaningful insights with the product team to shape the future of TikTok's eCommerce products. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks. Summer Start Dates: - May 11th, 2026 - May 18th, 2026 - May 26th, 2026 - June 8th, 2026 - June 22nd, 2026 Responsibilities: - Drive go-to-market strategies - including targeting, segmentation, positioning, value props, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets - across the seller journey to convert, grow, and retain our sellers. - Partner with marketing teams to ensure product suite is on-message and maximized across each channel. - Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention. - Be the Voice of the Customer, by managing input and feedback from various types of users (end-users, merchants, creators, employees) - Partner with Product Management, Design, Data Science and Engineering to identify impactful product opportunities and prioritize efforts - Build research to help influence Product Roadmap: ROI analysis, dependency analysis and other techniques to prioritize the product requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an MBA degree. - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026. - Experience in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing in eCommerce, social commerce. - Experience working with product management, analytics and design to scale products. - Experience in growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in-product, content marketing and other owned channels. - Ample experience working with and influencing cross-functional partners (marketing, design, copywriting). - Familiarity with marketing automation, A/B testing and analytical tools. Preferred Qualifications: - Industry knowledge of eCommerce. - Previous marketing asset design experience. - B2B marketing experience.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $47.50- $47.50.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
