Job description

Position Overview
Nutricost is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Copywriter & Content Creator to join our marketing team.
In this role, you will create clear, persuasive content for Nutricost and several other health and fitness eCommerce brands. Projects may include product pages, landing pages, advertisements, blogs, emails, Amazon content, and other digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable using AI tools to support research, brainstorming, drafting, editing, and content optimization. Strong human judgment is essential to ensure all content remains accurate, authentic, compliant, and aligned with each brand’s voice.
You will collaborate with brand managers, designers, and other marketing team members to support product launches, campaigns, and the continued growth of our brands.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create persuasive marketing copy for websites, advertisements, product listings, and other digital content.
  • Use AI tools when appropriate to support content research, ideation, production, editing, repurposing, and optimization.
  • Review and improve AI-assisted content for accuracy, originality, clarity, and brand alignment.
  • Research dietary supplements, ingredients, scientific studies, health and fitness topics, and competitor messaging.
  • Translate complex product information into clear, customer-friendly content.
  • Collaborate with brand managers, designers, marketing teams, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Adapt messaging and tone across multiple health and fitness brands.
  • Proofread and edit content before publication.
  • Identify content gaps and recommend new topics or campaign ideas.
  • Update and optimize existing website and marketplace content.
  • Follow eCommerce, SEO, conversion-copywriting, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, eCommerce marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience using AI writing, research, or productivity tools, including the ability to evaluate and improve AI-assisted content.
  • Strong research, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in health, fitness, nutrition, or dietary supplements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience writing for dietary supplements, health and wellness, fitness, or consumer products.
  • Experience creating Amazon or marketplace content.
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, and conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with dietary supplement marketing and FDA/FTC compliance considerations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or a related field.
