General Administrative Intern

The General Administration Intern provides administrative support to the treatment center and assists with a variety of office and organizational tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in a professional healthcare environment while supporting daily operations and administrative functions. The intern will work under the direction of the Program Director and assist with general office duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Answer and direct phone calls as appropriate.
  • Greet visitors and assist with basic inquiries.
  • File, scan, copy, and organize documents.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking.
  • Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Assist with preparing reports, forms, and correspondence.
  • Support scheduling, meeting preparation, and administrative projects.
  • Help maintain organized and accurate records.
  • Perform data entry and quality checks as needed.
  • Assist various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and organizational information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; currently enrolled in a college, university, or vocational program preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
