Summary:

The Print and Reprographic Associate ensures the timely and accurate reproduction of printed materials; advises, coordinates and prioritizes production of work orders, reviews copyright materials and maintains accurate and complete records; determines equipment repair schedule; maintains supply inventory and resolves staff and customer service issues for the Copy Center.

Responsibilities:

  • • Operate and maintain high volume xerographic and finishing equipment.
    • Reviewing client requirements to the final stages of production and distribution. • Constantly communicate with clients regarding production stages and project status.
    • Perform copying/printing/finishing of digital print and finish work, binding, and lamination.
    • Prioritize and manage production flow of all customer orders submitted at window or via email.
    • Acts as Key Operator, identifying equipment problems, performing minor repairs to xerographic equipment or arranging for repair service; operates high volume xerographic equipment as needed.
    • Track copier usage and manages materials in an efficient manner.
    • Coordinate paper restock in Print Center.
    • Maintain logs of related actions such as department chargeback sheet.
    • Keep logs for machine service calls.
    • Coordinate workflow of all reprographic requests.
    • Other duties assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

  • • Two years at minimum experience with Reprographics/Copier/Finishing/Binding/Laminating related experience preferred
    • 2-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team and service oriented; builds strong working relationships.
    • Exhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills.
    • Exhibits exceptional customer service skills.
    • Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
    • Proven ability to remain calm under pressure; resilient.
