Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current LPN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. MO IV Certification.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

The types of patients we serve are those with multi-system management needs such as infectious disease, wound management, pneumonia, sepsis, COPD, diabetes and gastro-intestinal conditions, and post-surgical patients. We also coordinate management of patients needing surgical interventions, EGD, colonoscopy, outpatient infusion/chemo, and anti-coagulation therapies.
