Functional Medicine Nutritionist (CN, CNS, RD, LDN)
Vida Integrated Health is seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Nutritionist to join our dynamic FM concierge medical team.
This is a remote position, limited to Washington or Oregon residents only. Candidates must have Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) training or equivalent and must reside in Washington or Oregon state
Certified Nutritionists (CN), Certified Nutrition Specialists (CNS), Registered Dietitians (RD), and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionists (LDN) are welcome to apply!

Qualifications
• Must have Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) Training or equivalent
• Must be a licensed Certified Nutritionist (CN), Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), Registered Dietitian (RD), or Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN)
• Must live in Oregon or Washington
• Must have an active professional license in good standing
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
