$18.00 per hour
Huntsville AL
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Tow Motor Operator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting materials, loading and unloading products, and supporting production operations to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
  • Operate tow motors, tuggers, and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
  • Transport raw materials, finished goods, and production supplies throughout the facility
  • Load and unload trailers, trucks, and production lines
  • Maintain steady material flow to support manufacturing operations
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
  • Utilize RF scanners and inventory systems to track materials and shipments
  • Follow all OSHA, company safety, and quality procedures
  • Assist with inventory control, staging, and warehouse organization
  • Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet daily goals
Qualifications
  • Previous tow motor, tugger, or forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to operate industrial equipment safely in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
