About the Role:
McColley's Irish Pub in Spencerport, NY is looking for talented and passionate Line Cooks to join our kitchen crew! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in putting out great food, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute menu items consistently according to recipes and plating standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift
  • Work all line stations including grill, sauté, fry, and prep as needed
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control to minimize waste
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team during service
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
  • Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
