Your Mission
As a Cook I, you'll be the behind-the-scenes rock star preparing, cooking, and plating dishes for our signature banquets, events, bars, and in-room dining. You'll work closely with an all-star kitchen team to deliver delicious, high-quality food - no matter the event size or hour.
What You'll Do
✅ Prep, cook, and present menu items with consistency, speed, and style, following recipes and presentation standards.
✅ Keep your station stocked, clean, and ready to roll - whether you're firing up for a 300-person banquet or a late-night room service order.
✅ Support buffet and plated service for large events, coordinating timing with culinary and banquet teams.
✅ Assist with banquet setups and breakdowns, ensuring food quality stays VIP-level from kitchen to plate.
✅ Practice top-notch food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness - because the details matter.
✅ Jump in to support the team across multiple outlets, helping create a seamless guest experience.
You're a Great Fit If You...
Have 1+ year of professional cooking experience in a hotel, catering, or high-volume event setting.
Know how to handle prep, cooking, and plating for multiple service styles (banquet, buffet, à la carte, room service).
Thrive under pressure and take pride in the details - even during the busiest rush.
Love working as part of a tight-knit team that brings energy and positivity to every shift.
Have flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays - because the Hard Rock never sleeps.

Tu Misión
Como Cook I, serás la estrella tras bambalinas preparando, cocinando y emplatando platillos para nuestros banquetes, eventos, bares y servicio a la habitación. Trabajarás codo a codo con un equipo de cocina de primera para entregar comida deliciosa y de alta calidad - sin importar el tamaño del evento o la hora.
Lo Que Harás
✅ Preparar, cocinar y presentar los elementos del menú con consistencia, rapidez y estilo, siguiendo recetas y estándares de presentación.
✅ Mantener tu estación abastecida, limpia y lista para la acción - ya sea para un banquete de 300 personas o un pedido de servicio a la habitación de madrugada.
✅ Apoyar en el servicio buffet y de platos servidos para grandes eventos, coordinando tiempos con los equipos culinarios y de banquetes.
✅ Asistir con el montaje y desmontaje de banquetes, asegurando que la calidad de la comida se mantenga a nivel VIP de la cocina al plato.
✅ Practicar altos estándares de seguridad alimentaria, saneamiento y limpieza - porque los detalles importan.
✅ Colaborar para apoyar al equipo en varios puntos de servicio, ayudando a crear una experiencia perfecta para el huésped.
Eres el Rockstar Perfecto Si...
Tienes más de 1 año de experiencia profesional como cocinero en hotelería, catering o entornos de eventos de alto volumen.
Sabes manejar la preparación, cocción y emplatado para múltiples estilos de servicio (banquetes, buffet, a la carta, servicio a la habitación).
Prosperas bajo presión y cuidas los detalles, incluso en los momentos más ocupados.
Te encanta trabajar como parte de un equipo unido que aporta energía y positividad en cada turno.
Tienes disponibilidad flexible, incluyendo mañanas temprano, noches, fines de semana y días festivos - porque el Hard Rock nunca duerme.
