Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team!

We are seeking an experienced, work driven and mature manager to report directly to our Sales Director. The job includes the monitoring, training and recruiting of both inside and outside reps, along with sales support staff. The IDEAL candidate will demonstrate commitment and competency for grooming into the sales director position.

Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm Saturday 8am to noon. Additional hours as required. No remote work available.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily outbound sales call quotas.
  • Direct management and development of a current team of 25 reps.
  • Recruiting, hiring and training of 25-50 new inside sales reps.
  • Training and developing programs with the CEO and director for existing and new employees.
  • Direct control of all Internal Sales Rep Recruiting, Retention, Productivity and Development for the sales department of the company and its affiliated companies in the sales department.
  • Develop and update Handbook and SOP manuals with regards to sales matters.

Requirements:

  • MBA
  • Minimum 5+ years of Management experience in the private sector.
  • Minimum of 2 years of telemarketing experience.
  • Excellent recruiting and people skills.
  • Direct Hiring and Firing experience of at least 20 people in each direction.
  • Drug free lifestyle
  • A clean motor vehicle report

Salary: Starting pay is from $150,000

Hours:

  • M - F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Saturday 10:00 am - 2:30 pm
