Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst II to support the Civil Division of DOJ in Washington, DC.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the physical and logical lifecycle of federal identification credentials;
Ensure that federal employees and contractors are securely vetted, issued cards, and monitored in accordance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD 12) and federal standards;
Identity Proofing: Verifying the identities of applicants by reviewing official government documents and collecting required biometric data (like fingerprints and photographs);
Lifecycle Management: Managing the issuance, updating, renewal, suspension, and revocation of PIV cards as personnel statuses or contracts change;
Background Investigation Coordination: Ensuring applicants have cleared the mandatory background investigations before final card issuance;
System Data Entry: Processing requests and accurately maintaining personnel identity information in credential management and tracking systems;
Card Activation & Troubleshooting: Programming, activating, and troubleshooting the integrated circuit chips on the smart cards for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) use;
Compliance & Auditing: Ensuring all credentialing actions comply with agency regulations, Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS 201), and the Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) architecture;
Reporting Security Breaches: Documenting and reporting lost, stolen, or compromised cards and assisting with the revocation of those digital certificates;
Inventory Management: Conducts periodic inventory of PIV Card related materials and supplies and ensure availability of these materials at all times. Reports and coordinates resolution of any hardware or software issues to HSPD POC;
Reports directly to the CIV Chief of Security
Any other duties, as assigned

Hourly Rate: $28.79/hour
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
