Front Desk Associate

We are looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and help create a welcoming, memorable oceanfront experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and perform check-in/check-out procedures

Manage phone and online reservations

Provide information about rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions

Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions or concerns

Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready

Upsell room upgrades and hotel amenities

Maintain accurate reservation and payment records

Qualifications:

Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred

Experience with hotel software (RoomMaster a plus)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
