Job Description:

Top Shelf Cookies is seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team at our Dorchester location. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cookie bakery and shop. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of daily operations, including team management, customer service, and logistics. This position may also involve participation in outdoor events and organizing outgoing shipments and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
