Job description

Maverick Chocolate Co. is a small bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Findlay Market, Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, OH. We are a small, family friendly, business striving to make the best chocolate possible.

Job Description
The Store Manager at Maverick Chocolate Co. provides the overall management of the store including:
• Retail Sales, sales management, inventory management, cash management.
• Manage and direct one or two employees in their duties.
• Package chocolate, chocolate products, and related food items.
• Make cookies, drinks and other products in the store.
• Coordinate with the Covington factory daily.
• Interface with the staff and other vendors at Findlay Market.
• Guide and assist the Health Department, FDA, and other auditors.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Typical schedule: Tuesday - Friday 10am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm. Possibly some Sundays.
