Job description

The Facility Maintenance team is responsible for the general care and maintenance of the buildings and equipment on the Holiday Automotive campus. This full-time team member is generally on premises from Tuesday through Saturday. Tuesday through Friday 11 am until 7 pm, Friday and Saturday 8 am until 5 pm. In this position, you'll enjoy the professional respect of the entire staff who rely on the facility maintenance team for a variety of important duties.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Various Facility Repairs and Maintenance Requirements
  • Troubleshoot and Diagnose Issues on Machinery and Equipment and Perform Timely Electrical, Mechanical, and General Repairs
  • Establish Appropriate Maintenance Frequency and Perform Preventive Maintenance on Machines within the Facilities
  • Assist in the Replacement of Equipment When Upgrades are Made
  • Make Recommendations, Assist and Supervise Outside Contractors Working on Campus

Qualifications
  • Strong Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
  • Experience in an Industrial Maintenance Environment
  • Friendly and Thorough Communication Skill
  • Ability to Read and Write in English, and to Interpret Blueprints and Shop Drawings
  • Diligence in Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Area
  • Ability to Keep Accurate Records of Testing, Repair, and Maintenance
  • Organized and Able to Multitask
  • A Focus on Safety, Health, Quality, and Efficiency
  • Must Obtain and Keep Current Forklift and Other Material Handling Equipment Certification
  • Current State-Issued Driver's License and the Ability to Maintain an Insurable Driving Record
