The Prep Cook plays a vital role in the kitchen by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the culinary team in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in food preparation and kitchen organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, measuring, and portioning food items according to recipes and kitchen standards.
  • Assist with daily food production and setup for service.
  • Label, date, and properly store food items following food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, storage areas, and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
