What You'll Do
  • Prepare fresh, flavorful meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines
  • Ensure meals are prepared safely, accurately, and on time
  • Learn residents' preferences and help make dining an enjoyable experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
  • Assist with food preparation, cleanup, and kitchen organization
  • Support special events, celebrations, and community dining experiences

What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of hands-on cooking or culinary experience
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Dependability and willingness to work weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
