West Wind Supper Club is looking for Chefs!
We are on the hunt for aspiring cooks to join our hard-working team and help prepare meals and menu items according to our standard recipes.

Line Cook/Prep Cook Responsibility:
  • Assisting in the kitchen as a line cook, fry cook & prep cook.
  • Work in an upbeat and fast paced environment with a great team to excel your skills.
  • Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked for service.
  • Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by using techniques learned throughout training.
  • Assist in kitchen-clean-up and preparation of products for future shifts.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, and flexibility and willingness to learn new techniques and restaurant standards.
  • Adherence to West Wind core values.

Requirements:
  • General knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods and/or the ability to be thoroughly trained.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking.
