Your expertise will play a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality products while maximizing production efficiency.What You'll DoAs a Net Jet Machine Operator, you'll set up, operate, monitor and maintain Net Jet slitting and ink jet printing equipment while ensuring products meet strict quality standards and production schedules. Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:Set up, operate, adjust and maintain Net Jet slitting and ink jet printing equipment.Configure machine settings for accurate slitting, serialization, print quality, registration and alignment.Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maximize efficiency and product quality.Perform machine changeovers and verify production readiness before each run.Conduct in-process and final quality inspections, including print clarity, serialization accuracy, alignment and deal verification.Identify and correct product defects while minimizing waste and maintaining production standards.Perform routine preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication and minor machine repairs.Troubleshoot mechanical, operational and print quality issues and coordinate with Maintenance when needed.Follow production schedules, job tickets and work instructions to ensure accurate and timely completion of work.Complete production reports, downtime logs and required manufacturing documentation.Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Press and Production teams to meet manufacturing goals.Assist with training new team members as assigned.Other duties as required.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys operating precision equipment, solving mechanical challenges and delivering exceptional quality every day.
