In this role, you’ll convert inbound leads into booked stays, maximize revenue opportunities, and deliver tailored housing solutions to our clients.

As a key contributor to our sales team, you will:

  • Convert inbound leads from portals, web inquiries, internal sources, and phone calls into confirmed bookings.
  • Identify client needs and match them with high-quality furnished housing options
  • Confidently present solutions via phone, email, and client platforms with urgency and professionalism
  • Overcome objections and close sales effectively
  • Upsell value-added services such as housekeeping and furnishings to maximize revenue and commissions
  • Manage sales activity, reservations, and pipelines using HubSpot, Oscar, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Maintain and update listings across multiple client portals, including property details and images
  • Track, report, and analyze monthly sales performance and commissions
