Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for this Sales Engineer role will be responsible for actively promoting and selling high-value, integrated, bundled, and stand-alone systems and/or equipment, along with other related advanced technology solutions within the Company's product portfolio. This individual will engage closely with contractors, consultants, and customers to understand their technical requirements, provide tailored solutions, and drive business growth by effectively communicating the value and benefits of the products. The role demands a strong technical background combined with excellent sales acumen to build and maintain long-term relationships, support project implementation, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.


Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $76,865-$102,487 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.


Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.


In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a commission and/or incentive compensation program. Actual earnings are based on individual performance and applicable plan terms.


Work Experience
  • Associate's degree in business, engineering and/or other applicable technology space required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 to 5 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Preference to experience selling to the HVAC Mechanical industry.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of applicable building codes and plan and spec fundamentals is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is essential.
  • Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce CRM is preferred.
  • Be highly motivated and an independent thinker.
  • Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
