Job description

Job Title: Conversion Part Time
Department: Conversion
Reports To: Conversion Supervisor
Pay Rate: $26.25/ hour
SUMMARY
Responsible for setting up and transitioning events at Lumen Field Stadium. As a part time Conversion employee, you will work within a team setting to follow safety protocols and handle physical tasks. This role is event based; therefore, you will be scheduled to meet the demands of the Lumen Field event calendar.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review all event-based material in order to understand the expectations for the day
  • Execute procedures and proper usage of conversion equipment including but not limited to erecting pipe and drape, topping and skirting tables, setting risers and stages etc
  • Adhere to best safety practices regarding deployment and understanding how to operate equipment to minimize damage
  • Operate a variety of motorized equipment including forklifts, high lifts as well as gas and electric carts
  • Maintain currency in training and certification where needed
  • Assist in enforcement of facility policies regarding use of equipment
  • Maintain proper storage of equipment and tools
  • Provide regular status reports to Conversion Lead
  • Assume responsibility for all rental equipment while it is on site
  • Maintain an organized and clean shop and remote workspaces
  • Complete all company assigned trainings
  • Always strive to maintain a safe workplace
  • Complete projects as assigned                                                                                   
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to take direction
  • Must be able to learn and adjust to new procedures and techniques
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a current CPR and first aid certificate
  • Must be trained and certified to operate a forklift and other equipment
  • Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
  • Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills

TIMEFRAME
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, some evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
