Job Title:Schottenstein Center Conversion CrewDepartment:Business Advancement | Schottenstein Center Operations Administration-JM

The conversion crew is tasked with setting up all of the Schottenstein Center's events including basketball, hockey, concerts, and a variety of special events. This position pays $75 per shift. It is a physically demanding job that requires you are able to lift 50 pounds at a time.

This job allows you to make your own schedule by choosing which shifts you want to work. The flexible scheduling is perfect as a 2nd job. There are opportunities for raises after a year and chances to move into a supervisory/lead role. On average each conversion lasts about 4 hours but can range between 3-6 hours in length.

--Most shifts happen during the evening and/or weekends.

  • Being a part of the conversion crew requires motivation, teamwork, and above all the ability to multi-task.
