Job description

** Earn up to $19 an hour! Pay starts at $15 an hour. We provide profit-sharing for the store and carwash to all employees. Any hours worked between 10:00 P.M. – 6:00 A.M. will earn an extra $1.00. Hiring for all shifts.**

Job Responsibilities:

· A courteous attitude

· Excellent Customer Service

· Keep a clean and tidy store

· Maintain a safe and professional workplace. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, including sexual harassment, hostile work environment, or discrimination

· Know and follow all laws and store policies, including State liquor and tobacco laws

· Operate all machinery, including cash registers, credit card machines, Lotto machines, etc.

· Follow company procedures including cash handling

· Always be asking, “What can I do to make this store better?”

Physical Requirements:

· Lift at least 50 lbs from ground to waist, 30 lbs from ground to overhead, and push/pull with 20 lbs of force

· Capable of working an 8-hour shift alone

· Stand for long periods of time

· Frequently bend, stretch, and squat

· Over-the-shoulder reaches for stocking shelves and coolers

· Ability to work in cold and warm temperatures, both inside walk-in coolers and outdoors throughout the year

Work Experience:

· Retail sales, cashier, store attendant, gas station, convenience store and customer service experience preferred

· High School Diploma/GED equivalent preferred
