RESPONSIBILTIES:
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of commercial project operations. Providing an accurate bid of solutions and projects, including designs and estimates as well as outside vendors and subcontractors. Responsible for project scheduling, shop drawing submittal process, reviewing and preparing contracts and purchasing required materials and equipment. Coordinating workflow with all Departments to ensure timely project completion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent construction or engineering related Bachelor of Science Degree. Excellent knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems for all types of facilities. Excellent communication skills, experience with AutoCad software, Microsoft Office Software, Adobe Software and various building modeling software products.
CERTS REQUIRED: LEED Professional Accreditation Preferred: Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
