  • Manageprojecttasksincludinghardware and panel design, PLC and HMI programming, SCADAdesign, power distributiondesign, and all associated projectdocumentation

  • Manage project execution includingproposal preparation, estimating,scheduling,resources, staffing,contract negotiation, orderprocessing,quality control, customer satisfaction,and projectset-up

  • Ensure the proper use of company facilities (plant and equipment)

  • Build and maintain a book of business; actively pursue new client opportunities and expand existing client relationships

  • Lead business development initiatives to identify, pursue, and close new projects

  • Lead, develop and grow the controls & automation business in the local office and region

  • Cultivate and maintainrelationships with key clientcontacts

  • Mentor and guideprofessionals; provide feedback, evaluation, training, and career developmentguidance

WhatYou'llBring

  • A minimumof ten(10) years of experience in developing and providing automation solutions for the consumer products or industrialdesignindustries

  • Experiencedesigningelectrical control systemsand programmingautomationsystemsfor processapplications

  • ProficiencyinRockwell hardware and software solutions

  • Experience with Siemens, Wonderware, and GE software/hardware(preferred)

  • Experience in food & beverage, pulp & paper,or other industrial industries(preferred)

  • Solidcommunication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of management, clients, andvendors

  • Awillingnessto travel for project requirementsincludinginstallation and start-up activities, clientandcompany sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums,andconventions

  • Abachelor of scienceinelectrical engineeringis preferred, but consideration will be given to other engineering degrees based onrelevantexperience

The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000-$150,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
